“First of all I would like to say a massive thank you to the whole team at Michael Wicks Garage! I felt so comfortable from just looking to begin with, to eventually taking one of their cars home. They were extremely helpful and courteous. I felt no pressure from the salesman to buy he just wanted help me find the right car, he pointed me towards a little black diesel polo (which is now mine). Everyone was so friendly and chatty I didn't even feel like I was buying a car, very professional but also personable. I love my new car. When I picked it up, it was very well valeted and smelt almost new aha. The salesman even rang me a week after I took the car home to check how I was getting on. “we are so pleased with our purchase from Michael wicks garage, saw the car on Sunday online, called first thing Monday to say we were travelling from near Skegness and that if we liked the car could we take it the same day, the guy on the phone had to check and rang us back within 5 minutes to say yes that was fine they would pdi the car before we arrived so it was ready to go if we purchased it, when we arrived we were shown around the car by a mechanic who showed us how everything worked etc, car was as described in stunning condition and very well presented, we purchased with the help of Justin, all done quickly, we love our new BMW and are sure we will be back when we want another car! thank you.”

“Bought a citreon off them a few weeks ago. Firstly I called them and asked if I could view it, they was pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival no pressure whatsoever, keys handed, and left to own devices to make our own choice. Lots of info on windshield which was also good. We already done our research about the car and it's mot history. A few questions was asked to sales man and within 10 mins of talking we had our test drive agreed a fantastic price for the deal we got. - radio replaced as was faulty with aftermarket one - air con regassed for free - door strap sorted - full pdi and inspection Within a week a suspension knocking happened called them up and agreed on taking back. They fixed multiple items that were causing issues FOC as per the warranty plus the benefit of a nice mini courtesy car in the mean time. Absolutely fantastic service, with every interaction and despite they being located over an hour from us we will definitely be going back. 100% recommended.
